You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order.
8. International Returns
For orders outside the UK:
